Creative Content Designer
Position: Creative Content DesignerLocation: 42 Tirana Campus, Pyramid of TiranaEngagement: Part-Time
 
42 Tirana is a newly opened, tuition-free peer-to-peer coding school and part of a global network of 50+ campuses worldwide. Our learning model is human-centered, experiential, and industry-aligned, emphasizing learning by doing and working together to build skills that matter in the workplace.We are looking for an experienced freelance Creative Content Designer for a part-time, ongoing role. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure the visual quality and consistency of our communications, bringing the brand to life with clarity, creativity, and a human-centered approach. We’re especially excited to work with someone who loves communicating simple yet powerful messages for brands that put people first.Our goal is a cleaner, more refined visual direction focused on storytelling. Less promotion, more people. Less visual noise, more clarity. Strong imagery, simple layouts, and consistent playful yet bold typography.
 
Expected outputs:
  • Design social media assets across formats (posts, stories, carousels, reels)
  • Create, adapt, and maintain visual templates (Canva, Adobe)
  • Develop visuals for campaigns, events, and campus initiatives
  • Support visual-first content, including photography or short video when needed
  • Ensure visual consistency across all communication channels
  • Edit short-form video content for social media (Adobe or other video editing tools)
Way of working:
  • In-house collaboration, primarily on-site at the 42 Tirana campus (Pyramid of Tirana)
  • Weekly availability agreed together
  • Close, hands-on collaboration with the Communications Manager and the team
  • Partnership mindset, with continuity over one-off tasks

Selection processApplicants are expected to explore our channels (primarily Instagram @42.tirana) and those of other 42 campuses to understand the global brand and tone of voice, and how it is adapted locally.Applications will be evaluated based on the quality and relevance of your portfolio and profile, your proposed Instagram posts demonstrating creativity and approach in alignment with 42 Tirana’s visual direction and communication goals, and practical fit in terms of availability and expected rate.
